When is the Copa del Rey last 32 draw and who could Barcelona face?

Barcelona are set to discover their first opponents in the 2025-26 Copa del Rey when the draw for the last 32 is made on Tuesday 9 December at 1pm local time.

Hansi Flick’s side enter the tournament as defending champions and will be hoping to lift the trophy for the 33rd time in their history next year.

Barcelona can be paired with six teams in the next round and could come up against Atletic Balears or Eldense from the Segunda Federacion or Eldense, Guadalajara, Real Murcia, Talavera de la Reina or Ourense from the Primera Federacion.

Flick’s side will play the one-off game away from home, with the fixtures due to be played before the festive break and set for 16- 18 December, 2025.

The game will fall in between La Liga matches against Osasuna and Villarreal and is likely to see the Barcelona manager rotate his team and offer minutes to fringe players.
