Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni has got Barcelona fans all excited with his latest social media activity.
The Italy international has been linked with Barcelona recently and has now ‘liked’ several posts on Instagram which may well fuel speculation about a move.
One fan commented “Come to Barcelona” on his latest Instagram post which received a like from the Inter star.
Bastoni has also liked another couple of posts relating to Barcelona, meaning some fans on social media are getting very excited about what it all means.
Bastoni has been asked about Barcelona recently but did play down talk of a move. He said: “It makes me proud to see links, it means I’m doing well – but there’s zero, nothing,” he said. “I’m happy here at Inter and I have zero issues or problems here. I don’t even focus on the news.”
Barcelona are thought to be targeting a new central defender for next summer but may move before then now that Andreas Christensen has been ruled out for several months with a knee injury.
